Very professional, as always - but this time, very very slow to get the job done (I think they were short on staff). Also expensive - $130 with a coupon for an oil change. I may have to go back to changing it myself. Ugh

My personal information (name, email, phone number, and full credit card information) were stolen from this location and used for a nearly $800 purchase after using my card at this location on 6/29/26. The card is one I very rarely use (approximately 3 times a year), have never used to sign up for anything with, nor have stored online anywhere. The only location that has the stolen card number, my name, email and phone number is this location. Either a payment processing breach occurred, or an employee of Valvoline accessed my information.
