I would stay away from this location if possible. Went in for an oil change and they recommended I get a radiator flush, so stupid of me on my part to trust them to do anything but an oil change I went ahead and did it. 4 days later, my check engine comes on, I take it back to them and they are telling me I have to take it to a full auto shop because it's reading error codes for thermostat and temperature control now. Their assistant manager told me Valvoline would cover the cost if it was due to something they did (which it was). I understand mistakes can happen, but when it is costly, I would at least expect it to be righted. I took it to my dealership and they said that the flush was not done properly and air was in the system, so they had to do a full system bleed which cost me $1100. I attempted to reach Valvoline but they have just ignored my complaint. At the very least, I would like a refund for the shoddy service that I received.
