Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Alexandria did a great job. Let me know about anything that might need service, but did not pressure me into having unnecessary work done.

Bought a battery this past March from them and it is already bad. They checked to see if they had the battery, which they did not, then proceeded to tell me it was the alternator rather than the batter. However, when I went to leave this morning I had to dispatch Ford Roadside Assistance for a jump. The guy jumped me and tested the battery and said the battery is bad. I drove like 1-2 to Valvoline and battery was already recharged so I could shut down the vehicle and it would restart; not the alternator. They called the Creve Coeur location to see if they had the batter. They did so they asked me to go to Creve Coeur, which they proceed to say it was not the battery, but had no explanation why I am having issues. They refused to replace the battery after I had spent two hours dealing with them. So I stopped by Telle Tire and they tested the battery and confirmed battery was bad. I paid them to replace it to avoid more problems. I will not return to Valvoline for oil and any other service, especially with expensive oil change and bad attitudes, back by very little knowledge.
