Here's the scoop. My car burns oil. I have to get it topped off once per month. For the most part, I go to this location. on 4/18 the service was excellent. I needed a few quarts of oil, which I suspected based on my experience and the sound of my engine. However, I went to this exact location on 4/13 and the clown that waited on me said I didn't need any oil - which I knew was completely false. That's why I went back on 4/18. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, but my oil level was dry and that guy had me driving around for another 5 days with very little oil in the car. I'm pretty sure you can figure out who it was. From what I heard, the guy is a slacker. Anyway, I thought you should know about this dummy. Like I said, I visit this store every month, and the other times, the guys are great - like 4/18. Polite, tell me to have a good day, etc. So I will go back.
