Came for an oil change in mid 2021 and its been eating me ever since. (I know, I'm late on the review). Avoid them. They don't follow policy and they don't know how to care for your vehicle. While still under quarantine the guy leaned in my driver window without a mask and was talking to me. He reset the oil change status without permission before even confirming I was going to get an oil change there. After leaving I got an advertisement from Valvoline that EXPLICITLY STATED it was against their policy to do this. Worse still, they WAY overtightned my oil plug and filter. I stripped the oil plug trying to take it out and had to buy a new one. I normally change my oil myself in my car and truck. Then I read the reviews about Valvoline. They have a well documented history of overtightening the plugs. In one instance they cracked the pan and ruined an someone's engine.
