Sunday, July 14, I brought my Ford Fusion in to get a quick oil. Mind you, I had not an emergency light on the dashboard when I came it. When I left (from getting my oil changed), my car sputtered, jerked and wouldn't switch gears. I came back to the Valvoline and asked them what else did they do to my vehicle, because now I can not drive it! They ran a diagnostic test and stated that I had a bad shift solenoid and low transmission fluid. My 2019 Ford Fusion would tell me if I had anything low with fluids or if I had a malfunction of some sort. After leaving the Valvoline, I had a check engine light to appear and my transmission is shot. I believe that one of the technicians did something to my vehicle!!! From having a car in great shape when I brought it to Valvoline, then to have my car being towed on a flatbed home (due to it not being drivable at ALL)!!!!! My car is at the dealership and if they tell me any thing about my car being sabotaged and damaged while in Valvolines care, I will definitely get a lawyer and I will not let up!!!!

I was happy with everything except when it came time to pay it seems like the discount is never asked about and so I paid and didn’t get the discount even though I go to Valvoline for every visit. I told the employee and he just smiled and said better luck next time. That kind of fires me up. Even re-writing it now it still feels that way.
