Came in for an oil change on January 15 thinking everything would be taken care of but instead a nightmare unfolded.
Drove 36 miles and came home and parked the car and after a while noticed a puddle of oil on the pavement and so we opened the hood and found out the tech didn't put the oil cap back on, consequently oil leaked all over the pavement, the engine, and also saturated the hood insulator.
So we took the car back and talked to the manager, Alec, and she said she would have someone clean the spot on the driveway and look into taking care of the oil saturated hood insulator but she never contacted us or took care of what she said she would take care of. Terrible!!!

Every staff member was extremely helpful, polite and very thorough in their work. They carefully recited their checkout script to ensure nothing was missed. When talking about recommended add-on services, there was ZERO pressure to accept.

Much slower than most. I always get my oil changed at a Valvoline and it's usually like 20 minutes maybe 30. Today I was just the second car in line But it took more than an hour and 20 minutes to get my oil changed.
