Took 2 identical works vans 2 days apart. Got a phone call from the tech on one of them saying they would only provide a warranty on oil change if I upgraded to full synthetic. But not an issue on the other one. And as much as we ask, I can't get an invoice with our name on it. Always the previous owner on my receipt. That being said, the experience itself is usually pleasant and we do keep going back.

Bret, new service center manager is a great asset. He serviced 2 of my vehicles recently and both experiences were phenomenal. His team did a great job, one trainee was clearly learning and learning well. Bret ensured all additional services were reviewed and explained. Additionally they were very fast with both services. One at a busy time and one first appointment of the day. Everyone was kind and attentive as well. I’m hoping to see Bret again at my next service.
