The tech who helped me with the oil change was very helpful and has a great disposition. His boss (assistant manager), however, did not. The Asst. Manager was fairly aggressive and condescending towards the tech oftentimes cutting him off before he could speak. The interaction was a bit surprising to witness but the tech handled it professionally and with humor to calm the situation. Overall, it was a really good experience but the Asst Manager can definitely use a more refined approach to his training methodology.

Long wait when I seen at least 5 workers there. And when I finally got into the bay the guy that was working as the customer service advisor just left he didn't greet me or anything, I'm guessing he went on break so I had to wait even longer for them to finish the car in the other bay before they worked on my vehicle.
