I’ve been going to Vavoline for years! The one time I stop at this location my car has been having issues ever since they injected dirty fuel in my car.

Shitty service the female worker with holes in her ears always has an attitude , news flash I didn’t fill out her application 1 and 2 the service take WAY to long if it not 15 please don’t advertise it to be I waited well over an hour in bay 1 just for no one to come tell me anything and for bay 2 to be the only one moving with at least SOME sense of urgency I’m disappointed not in the time I waisted but In the neglect of service that I seem to ALWAYS experience when I come here literally every time I come I wait over and hour and deal with some form of disrespect by the employees because Im upset at their work ethic please get better workers or please shut this location down cause the one on west Florissant sucks
