I had my engine rebuilt, and the shop put in full synthetic motor oil. And so, I thought I would stay with full synthetic (a first for me). And so, you might imagine my shock when I was told that with my coupon, the cost of the service was EIGHTY ONE DOLLARS..!!! Are you people CRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAZY...?!?!?! I think one of your service reps should have made sure that I was aware of the ABSURD cost of full synthetic BEFORE they performed the service. I learned a valuable lesson with this oil change. And that is to NEVER purchase full synthetic oil again. RIDICULOUS..!!!
