Staff was not very friendly, seemed to rush through the process although it was not busy. After asking about purchasing a new engine air filter was declined they threw it back on the car, did not put it back on all the way causing my check engine light to come on the next day. When I went back the next morning to get it checked, the tech acted as if it wasnu2019t likely their fault and could not figure out how to tighten it (assistant manager came over to help) then couldnu2019t figure out the code, had me turn my car on and off maybe 20 times trying to figure it out. After 20 minutes of trying to clear the code, assistant manager came over to help. This took longer than the oil change the day before.

The service tech removed my air filter without asking to show me it needed a change. I said no and I watched him try to reinstall and use excessive force like he wasnu2019t sure how to replace it. My engine started making unusual noise and when I checked it it was improperly installed. I did not approve of anything except the oil change and am concerned what else he did under my hood. Engine still doesnu2019t sound the same.
