This was a super simple trip. The staff got me right in and asked if I needed an oil change. When I indicated I needed a transmission fluid change, they got right to it and didn't pressure me for any other services. They got things started quickly and processed my payment during the exchange which got me out the door that much faster. Great experience!

I was there for check engine light. There was no way for them to check the level of my transmission fluid so he recommended I bring it to an auto service repair shop across the street. I wish something could have been done there to fix the issue as valvoline is convenient for my schedule

Looked at the cabin filter, really looked pretty clean to me(white filter with maybe 1-2 leaf particles, plus I knew my husband just changed it). But the technician kept looking at it, said it was really dirty and he would change it if it was him. After I said no, he didn’t even shake the couple leaf items off.

I had never been to an oil change facility before. I ws a bit scared, especially about driving over the pit. I got so rattled I forgot how to open my hood! Although the technician recommended a radiator flush, when I said, "not today" he seemed indifferent, neither disappointed nor approving. I like the fact that this facility has a female tech--Hannah-- My husband has always changed my oil, so this was a new experience, and I left feeling reassured, and will likely be back. I found the price a bit high--I am elderly-- but as long as you offer coupons, it is within my budget.
