I've used this location since moving to Eureka 4 years ago for synthetic oil changes on my new vehicles. There have been occasions where they did not have the filter for my car and told me the same when they checked me in. No worries, they can't help that. Today, the very odd person that had me pull in had me sit there for 30 minutes before checking me in and after another 5 or so someone else tells me they don't have my filter. They will discount the change if I want to go get one. I told him I have one a couple minutes away, but I dont want to wait again when I get back. He simply ignored me, opened the door and that was that. Foe a $100 plus oil change, plus a 30 minute wait, no thanks. There are other places in town. That person working today with the bowl cut should not be greeting anyone. He was rude trying to guide me into the bay as well yelling straighten your wheels. Funny thing, when you're turning and cannot see what you are aiming for because it's underneath you, you can't tell what looks straight from the outside. He single handedly lost a customer
