Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I visited Valvoline on Monday December 7, 2025. It was the quickest and coldest visit I’ve ever had. Staff was unwelcoming and rude as 1 staff member mocked me when I let them know “I’m just here for an oil change”. Never once did 1 of the 3 staff members I saw present go underneath my vehicle to replace the filter. I never heard a drill of any kind or the usual commotion underneath my vehicle like all of my past visits over the last 3 years. I only witnessed the individual working on my vehicle vacuum out the old oil, fill it with new oil, fill my washer fluid and put air in my passenger side tires only. They never checked my wipers, head lights, break lights or signals. The guy who opened my door to scan my vehicle, pulled the air filter and said “This yo air filter. Do you want another one?” I had been coming to that particular location for about 3 years and never had that type of experience and never in my life had an oil change done in all of 5-7 minutes. Given the lack of customer service and presentation of the employees I did not feel it was worth an argument or causing any commotion. I basically paid $72.85 for 5 quarts of oil and washer fluid. I then ended up coming out an additional $80 going to a different oil change business because I didn’t trust the shady presentation and lack of changing my oil filter. Unfortunately, do to my experience on Monday and waste of money, I will no longer be patronizing Valvoline for my oil change services. What I experienced wasn’t even an oil change. It was a SCAM!

All posted information says that this buisness closes at 7pm. If that is the case, why is their oil machine shut down at 6:35pm? Why is an instant OIL change buisness open if they aren't able to do oil changes?
