The workers were rude and unprofessional. One was on his phone while servicing. They did not check or top off any fluids or check anything besides the oil for that matter. I had an extremely long wait time even though there was only one other vehicle there. I feel as though the half did a service that I paid full price for.

Vernon the store manager was very knowledgeable about the make and model of my car. He always reminds me to restart my car computer due to Saturn requirements. Sam is another kind face that helped me on the date of service - very approachable and kind like the store manager Vernon. The gentleman that help me with my transaction wasn't very knowledgeable. I asked him the differences between oils and the weight and he was not able to. My confidence was a bit shook. So I called over the manager to explain. He made he feel better, also explaining he had the same make vehicle. All staff was friendly but the one who took my payment and got my vehicle info wasn't very knowledgeable about the basics of his job.

I came in on 6-8-24 for an oil change. The next morning I noticed oil leaking from my car. Although I had no leaks reported at the time of inspection and oil change!! Came back and spoke to a service menebr who told me there's no leaks, despite me showing a video of said leak!! I go back home and wake up the next day with the same issue. I go BACK to Valvoline and ran into Darrion who made sure that he would assist me with my issue. After instructing the SAME guy I spoke with the previous day to check my drain plug, etc....the issue was corrected! Thanks to Darrion for making sure I was taken care of properly!! I highly recommend that you request him when going to get serviced!!
