I have been going to the same location on Halls ferry for the past 7 years never had an issue up until this day. They always had great customers service. I was offered to do battery due to my battery testing bad whatever that may mean so I agree to a new battery. They changed my oil they told me everything was good to go, Even the paperwork started everything was checked. Shortly after pulling off the lot , not even 10 minutes, my power steering started having issues. It was determined there was no power steering fluid. I was not informed of that before leaving, I could have lost my life that night as I could not turn my will left or right, so a great start turned into the worst experience ever. No one should ever have to experience that due to lack of / miscommunication. So disappointing.
