Two team members spoke to me with backs towards me. I had to have them repeat themselves. Didn’t seem to care I was there. First guy stood in courner of shop waving me in, I couldn’t tell he even wanted me to come in. Didn’t show me air filter or reset my oil light. They wanted me gone asap. I won’t go back to the Florissant howdershell valvoline. Second time I have felt uncomfortable with the service there.

The location did not have the motor air filter for my 2014 Honda Accord in stock so it could not be changed while I was there. The person serving me did change the AC filter behind the glove box - This was the 1st time anyone mentioned it. The filter was way overpriced at $55 but it had not been changed since the auto was purchased, so I got it changed - but it was very expensive and I do not like that at all.

Deron p was amazing worker I watched him for a hour do majority of all the work and the guy Chris. They are outstanding, they completed cars by themselves to get other ppl in. Now this guy tj no nooo that young man walk to the bp store 4 times and visit a charger to talk instead of work. The guy Derion had to do the car in front of me rotation and oil change. I didn’t mind waiting because the young man was really patience, calm, hard worker, and was polite. He even apologize for my wait due to less help and totally understood. I let him and Chris know I was complaining on the girl that had braids tho really did nothing until the very end. I have a video of her sitting down while changing the customer tire instead of some fire or energy about the work. Just lazy she sat down Indian style. I do have a video. Tj turned me around because he knew he wasn’t going to help get anything done for them so of course say we’re closing so you can have again light work. I’m not sure what’s the training or protocol on having non expert with experience people on the same shift but this should be reassigned or schedule different moving forward. Appreciate you’ll for allowing me to give my feedback

Staff discussed the condition of my tires with me, and advised NOT to pay to get them rotated at that visit, both because the wear was very even and because the wear was such that I would need new tires in about 5000 miles anyway. I cannot tell you how refreshing that was! Not only did he not try to sell me extra services, he explained why a requested service was not necessary! I loved it! Professional, friendly service.
