I was running late for work, miscalculated the time on my end, and Chris came to the car to ask me to pull up. I asked her how much longer she thought I would have to wait and I formed her I may have to just drive thru and leave. I also told her my oil light had came on and she politely checked my oil and told me it was super low, and it was best if I got it changed. She cared! She got me in and Matt took care of me right away. I made it to work just in time, with oil and with a smile. Thank you Chris and Matt
