Wasn't too happy at that location, Hallsferry & Parker Rd, they didn't want to give me a receipt, everybody doesn't have the capability to print also they never showed me my filter, other locations has. I didn't realize until I got home, I thought about it then. I will never go back to that location again. I got an oil change. Also why aren't you guys responding to the customers who has had a bad experience with you Valvoline? You're only responding to the customers who are giving 5 stars, I noticed that while reading the reviews. Just asking a question 🤔

There was a issue processing my payment on there end which caused me to have to take out a loan to bring back cash. Definitely an inconvenience.. By the way, that payment is still pending, hasn't been credited back to my account as of yet.
