Got me in quickly, explained the type of oil that was recommended for the vehicle. (I already knew) but I like that they did. Showed me the air filter, and the full mark on the drip rod. Ask if I was a veteran (I was wearing my serve hat) which I got a discount. And reset the reminder.

I went in for an oil change. They told me that the 99.99 was recommended. I said sure I have $15.00 coupon. They said ok. I was charged $103.27When I asked if that was with the $15.00 coupon he said yes and didn't tell me why it was 103 A $10.99 charge for extra oil and I was not asked or notified of that extra charge. So I will be driving my car to columbia from now on.
