They were busy as expected but staff didn't seem focused on getting vehicles in and out quickly. I heard multiple people ask other staff for the same request more than once. Also- I first off, specifically asked that they check my tire pressure and was assured they would do so. Later, when I looked at the computer it showed they had checked and all tires were at 36psi. I checked by dash and it showed 1 at 36, 2 at 35 and 1 at 28. I asked again and after asking 2 other staff people, one of them, twice, they checked and filled all the tires to 36psi. Once completed, I still sat a while while listening to a shift change and staff asking multiple times what I was waiting for only to find out, I wasn't waiting for anything more than to be guided out of the building.

Wait times were longer than expected but willing to wait. Staff seemed a bit scattered and once my car was in the bay they wandered off and worked on the other 2 bays. Cars moved quickly through those while I sat and waited. Multiple staff members would come look at their computer screen and then would walk off and not tell me what was going on or where at in the process we were. After an hour my oil was finally changed and fluids topped off. Nobody aired my tires up.
