I had gotten my last oil change from valvoline.I went back due to not having to wait 2-3 hours at a dealer who tends to try to sell you things you don't need. It was nice watching the oil change process and the care my ford escape got.They answered all of my questions during the process. The price was much less than other places, and I appreciated the Veteran's discount, and being disabled, it helped not having to get out of the car. Awesome customer service from professionals. I'll be back in 3-4 thousand miles.Keep up the great work guys.

Technician apparently didnu2019t know how to operate the oil gun and sprayed oil all over the engine compartment and fender. Josh the MOD had to go down to the pit, fill a jug and pour it in manually.

This is my first time and I didn't meet the manager, at least no one said he was the manager. they changed my oil and then told me they didn't have the correct oil filter and sent to another Valvoline station. At the second station I was told by the manager that they shouldn't have done that and he would have to service my car from scratch. This of course meant draining the oil just put in. He put in a less expensive oil which was correct. The first location didn't ask which I wanted. He said this was the proper oil. I will go back in the future.

There was no headlight/taillight check. I suspect there was no tire inflation check.They did ask about wipers, and they did check air filter. Completion of service took longer than usual. I got an explanation, which was the guy downstairs got covered in oil and needed to change clothes. I was not aware who the manager was.
