Wasn't pressured to buying extra stuff or fluids. Had a positive attitude and explained to me everything, and even asked about tire pressure if I wanted a certain psi or according to chevy. Even showed me after the oil change that it was in safe zone. Which makes no sense cause your suppose to wait 30 min for the oil to go down to check levels of oil fluid with engine being off. But I rate 5/5. Keep up the great work
