I was passing through from Lawrence on a day after we had a bad snow here all around town. On my way towards my location on the highway my windshield was bombarded with grime from the snow and I went to use wiper fluid and panicked when I realized it wasn't frozen-- it was empty. So I stopped by here and Lacey greeted me, which I LOVE seeing women in car shops, and I believe his his name was Dave who helped me with my situation so kindly and quickly. Everyone in there seemed like a close knit team and I pray for them working in too harsh of weather. But y'all got a baked good treat coming your way. GIVE EVERYONE AT THIS LOCATION A RAISE! Especially the two that helped me or some kind of recognition because these are the true faces of your company and they showed up and showed out without hesitation. Keep fighting the good fight y'all 😂🫶🏼

I went to valvolline at the beginning of the yr. and bought a new battery from them and they gave me a battery that was way too big for my car and God only knows how they got it in there so I start having problems with it and as soon as they exchanged the battery out the guys that were there laughed soo hard about it and so they replaced it with a battery that had a bad cell to it. When I went back he was trying to exchange the bad battery to another bad battery. If you know like I know now please dont buy any batteries from them the manager doesn't give a damn about what they sold you. I am calling the better business bureau on them on Monday they need not to sell batteries to anyone 😡😡😡

I went for A/ C servicing. Everyone was very professional, kind and competent. The tech also asked if I’d had the cabin filter changed in the last year or so, as a dirty one can affect good airflow. I’ve only had the vehicle a little over a year. So they pulled the filter to show me, and I saw for myself how dirty it was…and of course elected to replace it. I am very pleased that they caught the filter issue, as well as with the great job on testing and recharging my A/C.
