DO NOT GO HERE.
Worst experience of my life!! I waited an hour and a half, third car in line, for an oil change. Multiple times someone came up to me to ask what I was there for. Dudes just standing around talking to each other.
The worst part was that they snapped one of my belts while changing my oil!! I had to immediately go across the street to Firestone to get it replaced. What should have been a $50 oil change ended up costing me $500.
Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Firestone. They’re so much nicer and HONEST

I have used Valvoline for oil changes for nearly 2 years and it's been fine. Not cheap but not expensive, very convenient. Then the code for changing out the fluid in my transmission came up. Of course they do that. The guy had quite a bit of trouble with the machine they hook up to do the service and had to change to a different machine at one point - equipment trouble he said. Then he told me that my transmission had been nearly dry so I should keep an eye on it. A couple of months later I'm leaving on vacation when my car starts sounding weird - slipping and revving when giving it gas open the highway. Then I couldn't get it to come out of low speed. So we headed back home. I won't detail the entire nightmare of getting the car home for repairs but suffice it to say between the cancelled vacation, tow home and assorted costs their transmission service cost me over $2600. The transmission shop I took it to told me I didn't need a new transmission like I was afraid of. They just drained 3 quarts of excess fluid off the transmission and recommended a car wash with an undercarriage blast. When I called valvoline to complain and recommend some training for the young man who did my service and they have no record of my ever being in the shop. Good lord.
