Very rude and uneducated!!!! I went to get an oil change and they denied my service because they can’t open my hood. The guy with the dreads is very rude!!! This is the first valvoline I’ve been to that had a problem opening my hood. If I can rate them a zero stars I would. I was already fishy about them changing my oil because of their age. They looked 15-20, definitely shouldn’t be working at an auto shop if they can’t do the bare minimum which is opening a hood. Will never go there again!!!

Levi did a great job with my oil change and he even changed my front windshield wipers. All the time he was working on my car he kept me informed as to what he was seeing and performing.
