The 5 stars are for the employees that took care of me! They were efficient, attentive, courteous and got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed! I'm giving 3 stars for pricing. Even with a coupon the price I paid for the extra 3 qts. Is $11-$12 too high! 5 qtz in a jug is $30 add the 3 pack is $24 more. Valvoline uses oil from bulk that saves them and the environment because of less plastic jugs that end up in the landfill. But the new oil for my vehicle comes from the same barrel. But after 5 qts the price per quart jumps significantly to $12 each! No different container. DIY oil would cost $60 for 8 qts. $96 for the same amount from you! If I don't return it's because of pricing!
