Great service when I get oil changes. Wanted gear box oil change. Didn't carry the proper oil to do the job. Was told they don't even carry and will never carry it. Reported the same to carfax when initiated which in return goes to carmax where I purchased the vehicle. Now I have to look for another place that does full and all around service for my truck.

When I arrived at Valvoline, I waited approximately 20 minutes for service when there was clearly a bay open, I found the female staff member to be abrasive and kind of a know it all attitude, telling me that I infected, not use full synthetic in the past, when my last three vehicles I have had service exclusively Valvoline and every single time used full synthetic oil. At that point, I decided she knew better than me let them complete the service and just left. There are very many choices for oil changes especially for an active Uber driver , you can look back in your files and see how often I get my oil changed at Valvoline. When I mentioned an Uber discount I was told there’s no such thing the last time I was there there was an Uber discount. The discount is not the big deal so much is being made to feel stupid in your establishment .

I know the girl in front of me was pretty and could see her hair flips and all guessing those guys hormones were going crazy. But after every time they put air in a tire do you need to stop and talk to her before the next tire can be done? They missed around with her for twenty mins after her hood went down. They spent more time talking to her than working. It was pathetic. Will not go back to that location again or recommend them. I’ve been a customer for many years but won’t go back to that particular location
