The reason I was not satisfied on this visit was due to the technician performing the service. I take pride in keeping my vehicle clean all around including under the hood. The technician that serviced my vehicle ripped the lid off my washer fluid reservoir without care, spilled oil on my engine cover and on the latch area under the hood, and also got oil on the outside of my hood and proceeded to wipe it off vigorously with a brown paper hand towel causing fine scratches. I removed the scratches with compound but more care should be taken when servicing customers vehicles, they are an expensive investment. It's not always about speed, it's the respect you show someone's property.

I've had my oil changed at this location several times in the past, but this time I was told that my oil filter is hard to get, and there weren't any in stock. I was directed to try one of the other locations in the area (but wasn't told whether or not they had any in stock). I waited approximately 20-25 minutes for the staff to tell me the filter wasn't in stock. I had a coupon for this visit that would have been nice to use, but it expired 2 days later.

The woman who actually helped me was very nice. The other staff members who were all male were very crude and rude. All 3 bays had women in their cars and they were making very weird comments and acting very immature. I told the woman staff member I didn't know how she was putting up with them everyday. I believe she was the manager and she had to tell them to stop and to shut up multiple times to which they didn't. Someone needs to remind them that this is a place of business and they need to act accordingly.
