I arrived in the morning for a conventional oil change. I was told they did not have conventional oil available. I went home and called Vavoline customer representative. She kept me on the line and verified with the store manager that they DID have conventional oil. So, I went back to the store and received my oil change. The man who serviced my 2011 Avelon could not reset the MAIN REQD lift. Said the system was broken. I went home, Goggled the procedure. Worked fine for me. This is the 2nd time I was told there was no conventional oil available. Is your company doing this to force us to use the more $$ oil change?

I received a $7 coupon for oil change. Then was told they were “out” of conventional oil. So had to get a $30 upgrade for more premium oil. Just felt like I paid $30 extra to save $7 and I have no idea if they’re telling the truth or not about being out of oil. How would you be out of oil? It’s an oil shop. Main guy wasn’t super friendly either but not I’m just being picky
