First of all they always check my tire pressure but not this time.also I've always been asked if I have a coupon this time no i forgot to show that I had one and was told it was too late after I paid i asked the manager to cancel the transaction so I could use my coupon he said he didn't know how.this by far at least for me is the worst crew.i have 3 cars that I bring in I will find another Valvoline

The only negative was that it took over 30 minutes and I had a toddler in the car, so I was anticipating 15 minutes but it took twice as long. This wasnu2019t necessarily the fault of the employees though, the car next to mine began smoking and the driver was irate with staff, causing myself and the other car next to me to have longer service times.

The time it took for an oil change was unacceptable (1hr wait and 30 mins to change my oil). I have been coming here for years and this visit caused me to rethink who services my car. The tech's were all over the place. One was talking on his cell phone while working on some ones car, the same guy went to put oil in my car and sprayed oil all over the place. He then attempted to whip it off with a dry towel instead of spraying a degreaser to cut the oil. When I tried to ask for the district managers name and number they told me they could not provide that to me even though I was leaving as an unhappy customer. He told me I would receive a survey to complete. So here you go!!!!!!!!
