The service I received from the staff was great. The young lady that was there, I believe her name may have been Courtney, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My problem really had nothing to do with staff. The problem is I'm never able to get my tires rotated. It seems like there's always a reason why I can't get them rotated. I forget what the reason was last time but this time it was something to do with the lift. I like to get the oil change and rotation at the same time when it's time for the rotation. I absolutely love the job you guys do with oil changes but if I'm not able to get tire rotation done at that time then I'll have to find a place that I can.
