The store didn’t have my oil filter in stock so I had to leave the bay, lose my spot, go buy my own filter for them to complete the job. No reduction in the price despite providing the filter myself.

Forgot to check oil. I asked them multiple times to check the oil. They didn't. I was down a quart.

Air filter wrong one had to go back was going to make me wait until one was delivered .I wasn't waiting an at 2pm no call yet. So called for money back for filter will not go back.
