I originally went to the Wornal Rd location in KCMO, pulled in, they scanned, asked if I was doing full synthetic again, I said yes, they drained my oil, then realized they didn't have full synthetic, then said the store couldn't deliver it. I then had to have regular oil put in and return 2 days later. I did and they STILL didn't have full synthetic. I then had to drive another 15min out of my way to get it done at the State Line Rd location. They were great there. Needless to say, not please with the Wornal store.

The "Oil change Required" warning light was not reset. Also I now have oil spots in my drive way. A Ford F 150 had a structure of some kind that is under the oil filter. When the filter is changed this spot collects oil and should be cleaned off before the vehicle is allowed to leave.

THEY WERE UNDER STAFFED. This led to all their problems. A transmission next to me was waiting to be completed, as was an oil change on the other side of me. One guy really didn't want to check the air in my tires. One guy had a hard time reading the dip stick. The 3rd was trying to work on all 3 cars. None of us were happy.
