Dominique was the most helpful, kind, caring, honest, staff member that I’ve experienced to date at this location. Every staff member I encountered today was very nice & I can’t thank you enough for employing such a wonderful staff. It’s nice to know that I have somewhere to come get my oil changed & have a pleasant experience. Dominique went above & beyond today to help me. I have severe scoliosis with a 50 degree curve in my spine & i have trouble walking. Dominique took my payment inside for me & brought me back my change & receipt & didn’t make me feel like a burden doing so. Excellent customer service & much appreciated!!!

Valvoline offered good coupons for the Oil Change. "Omar" the serviceman attending me had on hand the rear wiper blade for my KIA RIO and put it on. Omar explained the reasons my KIA is needing a radiator flush in a very convincing manner. That will be next on my to-do list along with a frontend alignment.

The staff is so friendly. They gave me directions with my car and was patient when I needed directions repeated. The guys were very cordial and made small talk. I was pleased to see some familiar faces, meaning that you’re retaining employees. The guys worked together helping one another and weren’t bothered by teamwork.
