1.0 out of 5.0

I got an oil change at this Valvoline last June. I took a trip the following week, and on the trip home, my lid worked its way off the top and got my new oil all over my engine. My car was fine and I didn't lose the lid, so I topped it up myself and wouldn't have written a review if it was just that. Yesterday (October) I started my car and my oil filter fell off and I lost all of my oil. I had it towed today to a different shop and brought in the oil filter, and they said it was not damaged and all of the threading was still there, and Valvoline had not put it on correctly and it had worked itself loose over the last four months. I am so lucky that I had no car damage and I was safely at home when it happened, but I could've ruined my car or been in danger if it had worked itself off while I was driving. And, regardless, I'm still out the money for getting my oil replaced. Never coming back here again.
