There was no communication between the guy below and the guy above. The drained my old oil then he started pumping in new oil. The guy above asked if they were ready to check for leaks and the guy below said he hasn't changed the oil filter yet. So he had to quickly change the filter while it was filled with oil. I had to go back the next day, wait in line for them to redo it because it was leaking oil and they did not get the o-ring on right. That could have messed my engine up if I didn't check it the next day and didn't pay attention to the leak. I paid a lot for that to happen, so I will never go back and I made it very clear on social media as well.
