Alexis was very nice and very knowledgeable about the different types of oil for an oil change, so I could choose the right type for my car. I really appreciated the help she gave me, because I didn't know which one to use, since my car is pretty old. I am very thankful for that and would definitely return. The other staff was very thorough in making sure the fluids were checked, tire pressure checked, oil level was correct after the oil change, and everything was properly done. I will definitely come back again. Thank you so much

The team members did just fine. They were all very polite and performed their jobs well. The lift was broken and they weren't able to rotate my tires. They could have done a better job communicating that they weren't able to rotate my tires, but they said they would let me know, but I had to ask about it because they seemed to forget. That's not the real issue I had with this visit.The real issue is how much it cost for a full synthetic oil change. It was over $90 after I used a $15 off coupon. This is absurd. At worst it should have been $90 before the $15 coupon.

There is a 10 point check while getting an oil change , nothing was done except an oil change. No fluids added , no air in tires, didn't check lights on car didn’t ask if I needed anything . Totally unacceptable.
