The employee informed me that my car needed a full synthetic oil change when that wasn’t the case. I don’t know a lot about cars so I am not very familiar with what types of oil my car would need. The price at the end caused me to look up what type of oil my car needed and I could have gotten a much cheaper oil than what was told to me. These people take advantage of customers when they figure out that the customer doesn’t know a lot about cars. I have never in my life paid the amount I paid for a simple oil change. I was charged $101.73 AFTER a $15 off coupon. I have never paid over $60 for an oil change. It has always been around $50-$55! On top of that, the guy talking to me was trying to explain all this extra BS that my car needed. I had no idea what he was talking about and I couldn’t hear half the BS he was telling me. I was so annoyed and couldn’t wait to leave. I’ll never be back. This place is a rip off.
