Carter and Myles serviced my vehicle today and made sure I was taken care of to the highest degree. Both of them were very well mannered and foster an environment where the customer feels like family.
I will definitely be coming to this valvoline over any of the others!

O’fallon-MO Hwy. K Liam( manager) that set me up for my oil change while I was there he instructed the other gentleman to work as a team to efficiently get it done and an appropriate time. Cayden and Brayden worked really hard and well together to make sure I can be in and out, and they topped the fluids and checked my lights and blinkers, which really counts , because the last time I was in a couple months ago for our other vehicle none of that was done. This time was overall a five star plus visit. I was reluctant to come back after last time. They didn’t take my full potential coupon off , they also didn’t top off my fluids and stuff so this time around huge difference. Thank you.

I’ve been going to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for oil changes and overall have had a decent experience. They usually have a coupon available, which is always nice, and I can typically find a time when they’re not too busy, so I’m in and out fairly quickly. The convenience is definitely a big plus. Staff is pretty bland and blah.
That said, they do consistently try to upsell additional items like windshield wipers, air filters, and other services that feel very overpriced. I’ve even been recommended an air filter replacement when mine is an K and N and doesn’t need replacing, which can be frustrating. The service itself is fine, but you do need to be prepared to say no to extras.
Overall, it’s a convenient option for a quick oil change, especially if you use a coupon, but the upselling takes away from the experience.
