Care about their job. Only one guy was covering for three who either did not know what to do or did not care. One guy was working his tail off the others not sure what they were doing. Long line. 2 hour wait. I have used this place for years. Please fix it.

My only complaint is that it was an extremely hot day and my 7 year old was with me so I wanted to make sure it was quick and when I pulled in there was 3 cars being worked on and one other waiting. They had me move over to another line so now I’m in bay 2. Then several other cars pulled in so now all the lines had cars as well as lines behind them. The cars that came after me where serviced before ours…it took over an hour to get completed while the cars who arrived after me were done and on their way before we even got ours pulled into the bay…

They did a great job but they were supposed to balance my tires. I went to get my haircut and realized that they did not do it. I went back had no problem getting it done. The one thing is they could not change my speedometer back know it is stuck on info. I am not happy about that.
