I have had positive experiences with Valvoline service in the past, but this time I was extremely disappointed with the service at the Hihway K/Fiese Rd location (2101 State Hwy K, O'Fallon, MO). I would not recommend this location to others.Despite there being no cars in line, I was directed to a specific line that ended up being the last one. As a result, I ended up waiting for over an hour. Additionally, the cabin filter change was not done properly, and now my cabin door is not closing properly, causing inconvenience.I also felt that I was charged extra this time compared to my previous cabin filter change at Valvoline. However, I was satisfied with the oil change.

I donu2019t like when they take the oil out of the dipstick instead of taking out the bottom of the motor to get everything out and I donu2019t like when they tell me my 2016 pathfinder has a sealed power steering unit. A didnu2019t even check it and it does not have a sealed power steering unit.

I provide my own oil. I was told I did not have enough. I allowed 2 techs to discuss the issue before they yelled across the bay to ask the supervisor, who said I had 12 qts. I brought a 2 1/2 gallon and a 1 gallon jugs of T6 full synthetic. I did not want to confuse them further by telling it was measured in liters. I explained that 2 1/2 gallon was 10 qts., and 1 gallon was 4 qts., for a total of 14. My F250 diesel takes 13 liters. I was told by the supervisor that his techs did not need me to help count the qts., of oil, that I needed to get back into my truck. I took my oil and left, telling the supervisor, he lost a customer. I have 218,000 miles on my 2019 truck. I change oil regularly at that location for probably 8 years. No more. Thanks for hearing my concerns. I went on the business website that night and even uploaded pictures but then at the end, it did not take my information. In fact all reviews were very old.
