Been a customer for years and everyone is always so nice and professional here. Shout out to Paul for finding a leak in my transmission and giving me the benefit of getting it fixed before a major issue occurred.

UPDATE (5/8/26 440PM): Thank you for the response. However, this appears to be a standard reply and does not address the specific issues outlined in my review. For clarity, I have already filed a claim (Claim #3027270) and have had multiple interactions with your Customer Care team. I have also requested direct contact from the area manager on more than one occasion, but those requests have not been returned. At this point, being directed back to the same Customer Care channel is not helpful, as that process has already been exhausted without resolution. I will continue to update this review as the situation progresses until I receive direct communication from a member of the management team with authority to address and resolve this matter. This response is based on my experience to date and is shared in good faith. ****************************************************************** Below is original post: I brought my 2016 Dodge Ram (purchased new and with no history of leaks) to Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Parkville, MO (Store #050116) for routine maintenance, including an oil change, radiator flush, and differential services. Total cost: $507.01. At the time of service, the vehicle was operating normally. Within approximately 2 1/2 miles of driving home, I noted fluids leaking on my driveway. I made several short trips between my home and the Valvoline location attempting to resolve the issue. The total mileage driven after their service - clearly documented on both their invoice and the repair invoice - was less than 25 miles. The vehicle ultimately became un-drivable and required $891.95 in repairs to return it to operating condition. I opened a claim with Valvoline (Claim #3027270) and made multiple attempts to resolve the matter, including offering to split the repair costs as a good-faith compromise. That offer was declined. I was informed the issue was considered coincidental and not related to the service performed. When I attempted to provide documentation directly to the store, management declined to accept it, stating they were acting under direction from corporate. As a customer, I find the timing and sequence of events concerning, given that the issue appeared immediately after the radiator service and within very limited mileage. As a result, I paid $507.01 for routine maintenance and an additional $891.95 for repairs shortly thereafter. I made a reasonable effort to resolve this directly. That effort was unsuccessful, and I am pursuing the matter through Platte County Small Claims Court.
