Had my oil changed 2 days ago all went smooth tires checked…..good. I had an engine light go on today. Stoped by valvoline, told them what happen the man who identified himself as the supervisor said it was the crank case! They checked nothing! This usually happens after an oil change with my 2017 Ford Escape which has 46,000 miles on it. The supervisor was rude, condescending, and said “you don’t have to come back”…..What? I’ve gone there for several years now. And never once have I ever been treated rudely, also I’ve never seen him there, ever. He even suggested I go to Car Quest and buy some electronic gizmo and work on my car. Really? I’m 85 years old. He needs to be counseled in customer service and frankly anger management training.
