My car wouldn’t start in the library parking lot. I walked over to the valvoline and Paul immediately asked if I needed help. He came over the library parking lot and jumped my car twice! I had my baby with me and he volunteered to walk back over and jumped the car and also drive it from the library to the store to check the battery. He told me to go sit in the AC while he did it. He changed my battery and Checked everything out. It was truly such a big help to do all of that for me! I appreciate him so much. He has great customer service and deserves all the recognition!! Also want to shoutout the other guys working there today because they asked if I needed water and even backed my car out to where I could more easily put my baby in. 100/10 service today!! Thank yall so much!!

Came in for an oil change with my dad and we were back on the road in about 30 minutes. The staff here knows how to treat people in the best way. They applied a coupon to our total despite not having one on us. Great service from the staff and there usually isn't a line.
