I plan to contact you tomorrow. My dissatisfaction is with the person who removed my oil filter. This person did not remove the skid plate before removing the oil filter.Thus, my skid plate was cracked and left hanging/dragging from my vehicle. My disappointment is multiple. 1) Mazda had just put a new one on my vehicle a couple of months ago. 2) Your staff person did not provide me a "Heads Up" that the mishap occurred. 3) Your records will show I had discontinued my usage of Valvoline services since 2019. Due to a similar mishap at another location. However, I did not complain.So, I am, respectfully, asking for a refund on the skid plate. I can provide proof of the purchase of the skid plate plus the service Mazda provided.

No problems besides they pumped my old from the top the last 2 oil changes and I questioned about it and didn't really get a good explanation to my satisfaction. Valvoline is the only place I get my oil changed so a better explanation would've helped. Just to male me understand.
