I arrived and they werenu2019t open yet, but they were supposed to be open. I can 45 minutes after they were supposed to be open. Then I came back waited in a line only for them to tell me they donu2019t have my oil filter in stock

After waiting a half hour which I understand they were busy. The manager had me switch lines because the car in front was having an AC recharge. I did and wound up spending 2 hours to get my oil changed (not fast). The car that was behind me in my original line was in and out ahead of me. I get he was trying to help BUT he never said sorry about or tried to get me back in my original spot or offered a discount for the inconvenience. Instead he was running around chatting with his staff. I also had an issue where the staff stripped a plug on my son's rear axel and tried to say it was already that way. Which cost me $300 and I had no way to prove it or than we had been loyal to Valvoline. But I am done. My and kids are going to Jiffy Lube from here on out.

When I arrived at 7:25a.m. no one was there. The guy did not arrived until 15 minutes late he was the only one until a lady showed up. He was nice to give me a discount for my way but I was late to work. My name is Nicole Williams and I go to the one on 350 highway. Normally I don't have this problem. I was upset because I was there early and to be late for work that is unacceptable.
