We got an oil change a week ago and our truck broke down, engine smoking, less than 10 miles after we left. After filing a claim and the manager reviewing the camera footage, they determined they were not at fault. We were not given an opportunity to review the footage, nor did they look at our vehicle again. We were not having this issue prior to the oil change, which leads us to believe they are at fault. We were told that they didnt have to touch the part that was damaged to change the oil, but that is not true, as those parts are next to each other. Throughout the oil change, the employees were acting unprofessional and it is extremely disappointing that we are left to deal with this $1100 mistake on our own.
