Staff was attentive to all the customers inside the work area and those waiting to be serviced. At each of my visits (last oil change and this current one), I needed my air filter changed. However, the store did not have it in stock both times. I left after my service was completed and went shopping for an air filter. Luckily, I found one at a nearby O'Reilly's Auto Parts Store in Bridgeton, Missouri. Because Valvoline still did not have the right air filter in stock, Mars was happy to put the new one in for me at no extra charge. All of the young men working there were very respectful and courteous. Mars was my FAVORITE!! Please, please, please get some air filters stocked at the Overland, Missouri location for a 2007 Kia Amanti. GREAT JOB overall.
