I went to a different location than normal, Tesson Ferry, St. Louis MO, 63128. I had a competitor coupon, and Jacob, was the gentleman I dealt with, he made it seem like a hassle, and kept making comments about the coupon, and not being able to offer that price. If I would of known, I would have defiantly gone to me usual location, Vogel Road in Arnold Missouri.

Employee who helped was very courteous and helped realize I needed to replace my battery but also did not originally know what the fuel injection system was/how to clean it/what device to clean it. Turns out their store didnt even have a working cleaner (whatever is used to clean fuel injection system). This store needs one of those machines working

At the end of my visit I happened to get a very important phone call and was on the phone when the workers were trying to reset my maint. light and get me checked out. They were all so courteous and still finished what they needed to do even though I was on the phone. I think being on the phone when in an establishment of service is so disrespectful. I apologize to those workers for my rudeness and thank them for their patience as it was urgent.

I was at my regular valentine and they did not have my oil so they sent me to this one. The staff was friendly but were more interested in the girl in the other vehicle. They changed my oil but did not Top off my fluids even though they put it on my paperwork. Also took out my air vent in my glovebox and did not put it all back together, I found pieces on my floorboard. I do not think they were very professional as they were flirting with the young lady next to me. I will not return to this one again. But with that said I love my valvoline.
