The environment seemed chaotic, with employees loudly talking/joking and not seeming to pay much attention to their work or customers. Furthermore, I assumed that they would do full checks on everything, like checking lights/blinkers, tire pressure, etc. but they did not do any of that. I do not know if they topped off fluids like washer fluid, but I’m assuming they didn’t if they didn’t do the other stuff.

The most important issues for me are competency, listening to my concerns and addressing them and letting me know specifically what's going on. My last encounter at a Valvoline caused me to be stranded on the highway in below zero temperatures because the cap was left off of my anti-freeze reservoir and my car ran hot. I was travelling from out of town, not just around town and this left me very angry and determined not to return to Valvoline. I was travelling again on Saturday and needed quick service. Despite my misgivings, I used this Valvoline instead of the other one located on Tesson Ferry Road. This one took care of me and replaced missing tire air valves, etc. I felt safe getting on the road again. Thank you
