There were only 2 employees working that day…..before I drove into garage, one employee came out and informed me that there were only 2 people working and that they would get to me as soon as they could and to please be patient! There was a vehicle in line before me and one being serviced. The attendant had me pull over to the next stall and told me it would just be a few minutes. He guided me into the bay where I waited my turn. he was very respectful was not pushy about upselling. He showed me my air filter, and someone below was draining the oil and changing the filter. Everyone that worked there was very polite and knew what they were doing. I like Valvoline and have been using Valvoline for years. Very pleased with the service I receive.

Even after showing coupon only got a 5 dollar discount on oil change. Didn’t realize until bill paid. No reason this should not have been matched.

I received fast friendly professional service. This crew was in sync with each other, completing the oil change, and windshield wiper change in a quick sequence. I appreciated hearing recommendations, and not being pressured into a further purchase ! Good all around experience. I will be back with my other cars. For transmission fluid change I will go to the dealer, as they can best deal with any issues that may come up during the change.
