The reason more people don't come here are price. Regular shops have an oil change price. You have a price $99.99 and offer $20 off BUT then they CHARGE you $19.99 LABOR FEE. How can this even be happening? So basically the only time I come in is when I need to get in and out in just a few minutes. But if I have the time I'm going to a regular mechanic shop that has everything included in the price of the oil change.. very disappointing in Valvoline Express
