Unfortunately, my experience was neutral at best. The staff were friendly, but there was some confusion about how to process my Groupon, even though I had the barcode ready to be scanned. I was also frustrated by the repeated attempts to upsell services I hadn’t requested. I understand that businesses offer additional services, but I would prefer a general question such as, “Is there anything else you’d like us to check today?” rather than being asked about each individual item. For example, I was asked whether they could check my air filters even though I had just replaced them. Overall, the experience felt somewhat disorganized, and I left unsure whether I would return.
