This was by far the best oil change experience I have ever had! I never fill out surveys and I normally dread getting my oil changed, but the whole team at my local Valvoline today was professional and friendly, and it was a very smooth visit. Troy and Straylight were so knowledgable about my car and how to best service it. I appreciate how respectful Troy was when needing to look at my dash and cabin air filter. I never felt pressured to add services and I really felt like I could trust this team. I left feeling heard and well taken care of. I called my dad when I left to tell him how well it went which is a big change because I normally call him stressing when I am done getting my oil changed. I will totally be back!

Team members were all friendly and helpful. I left very happy. I had my tires rotated and they found a bolt in my tire and brought it to my attention which I was very grateful for, since i am from 2.5 hours away and had to drive home on those tires. The problem comes when I go to get the tire patched and im told that I am down to u00b2/u00b3u00b2 on my tires and they never should have been put back on the car once taken off, and on my paper from valvoline it states my tires are fine. I paid to get my tires rotated just to have them replaced 12 hours later. Had I known the tread was so low, I would never have paid to get them rotated. I have no issues with the oil change and would come back for that(because screw penzoil,etc right? I prefer valvoline) , and would recommend that, but you are not a tire place and should not be giving advice on anything you cannot fix yourselves. My opinion...

Several people working, all were on one vehicle. At the end, the guy had showed me the dipstick for my oil and it was over a half of a quart low o the stick and was ok with that. I had then asked for more oil for it to be at the full mark since it was the very first oil change the truck had received and I could see the guy cursing as he was walking around and adding the oil. Not ok with that!
