I was in 98 degrees in my cat for a hour and a half with the store saying we drained your oil and we don't have yours grade oil to put back in. Do they made me sit in the car the whole time never offering water, come inside where it's cool, and basically told me you'll have to wait while someone runs to another store to get your oil. Can't run my car with no oil so No air conditioning. I'm 67yrs old no lunch and no consideration for my well being.
No financial discounts. When I asked for my money back I was given the choice to wait another 15 minutes for a 50 o/o discount. I couldn't wait another second I was ready to throw up and pass out. We went round and round and finally he said I could email it to you for next time after I was so fed up I just said just mail it to me. Guess what I've never gotten it://///

The assistant manager took the time to walk me through everything I asked for and then pointed out a few things I could expect in the coming months. This felt more like a friend giving me advice vs a sales pitch. This is a place I left wanting to come back to use again in the future.
