While I was doing my oil change two people beside me went through the process, one who had gotten into the bay after me. So mine was slower than any of the others in the bays. The guy talked down to me. I told him repeatedly I do not want anything extra. Each time he offered, I said no, he made a face and talked down to me. I hated my experience. I will never go back to that one again.
