I’ve been going to this Valvoline location consistently for about a year now. I travel a lot for work, so frequent oil changes are a must. Spencer has helped me 90% of the time, and I cannot recommend him enough! I always feel well informed on what my car may or may not need, personally and financially respected, and warmly welcomed when I roll in for service. First the person checking the tire pressure on my van broke the valve stem. The Mgr took the tire to have that fixed as I did not have a spare for them to put on (which I do appreciate). They apologized and it was what it was, I was fine. But then they took out the air cabin filter, and did not replace it or put it back in. They left it out and when I drove it the next day there was a weird sound. Sure enough, no filter so I had to go to auto parts store to get a new one. Just not a good experience this time. Normally they do a good job
