I am new to vehicle ownership and was feeling a bit overwhelmed about all that getting an oil change entailed. The staff were able to make me feel welcome and explain the process without making me feel judged for my lack of experience or knowledge in vehicle ownership. Sabastian in particular was very kind and made me feel very at ease. While the staff did explain there were a few other things they would recommend I take care of with the vehicle, they didn't push me into making the choice to do those things right away. The attendant who took my payment had misquoted me on the price of a light replacement by about $5, and he went above and beyond to apologize and honor the price he quoted. I don't know if there are many auto centers that would do that. Their service was timely, professional, and I will most definitely be coming back again.

This was my first visit and I only waited five minutes to enter the bay and was immediately greeted with a hello and clearance instructions as to what to do next. I felt no pressure to get wipers or anything else they recommended but will be back for an oil filter. The staff was well-trained and confident in the process.
