We came in for an oil change they suggested a radiator flush of course. They did the service seemed confused then repeated it. Told us we were good and we paid and left. 5 minutes later car is overheating. We have been fighting with them for the last 3 months to get it resolved. Multiple other customers have had the same issue. They have tried to say our vehicle was like this before we came in. It’s been stranded in a parking lot for months now while we fight them. Team here can maybe do a simple oil change but are not knowledgeable on any other aspect of your vehicle.
