The Sam kid seems unknowable and has a poor attitude.
- Not greeted within the time limit (waited 5-6 minutes)
- Got mad when I stated the car that was there prior to myself had not been greeted yet. He let go of the tire pressure air hose causing it to fling back to the bay (those can cause dents, scratches, and even bust headlights if they hit them right).
- Walked up to the bay doors, looked at both cars and walked away. His face says he doesn’t want to be there, I do not see a reason for why is he.
I’ve been in this industry for a while and would be incredibly disappointed if this is how my staff acted when I wasn’t there.
