Some of you people on here complaining, if it's that bad of a wait, go somewhere else or change your own oil. I bet you can't do it yourself but you expect a handout. Saying people can't do their jobs, why don't you get in there and do their job for them. You'd be pissed and leaving the second they made you do it yourself. This isn't Burger King, you can't have it your way. Shut your mouth and let them do the jobs THEY KNOW HOW to do. This place does the best they can, this location is busy ALWAYS. No they can't take appointments, no they can't get you in before closing time if they are busy. After closing time they don't have to take anyone else if you aren't already in the Bay. So with that being said, great job, keep up the good work and don't worry about the people looking for handouts because they aren't happy that they have to wait "forever" for an oil change. Show up early that's your best option or go to the one on Jungermann. They never seem to have anyone there. Complain to them. It won't get you far.

Careless workmanship. Got an oil change and air filter today. Th skip plate covering the oil pan on this car has to be removed to access the oil plug. Skip plate was not properly reattached and came half off a few miles later. To her credit the lead tech apologized, got me right in and got it reattached.
