Their customer service is great! I’ve been going here for years! However today’s visit really upset me. Went in for an oil change for my child’s car. Cabin filter, I know I heard him say 15.99 for a cabin air filter. I’m about to pay, when I questioned the amount. 59.99 for a cabin filter!!!! All the tech man said was I’m sorry. I could have bought a cabin filter for my kids 2012 car from Auto zone for about $20. I will never buy any extras at Valvoline. If you need any, you may want to compare the price at a AutoZone and don’t buy from Valvoline.

Just got my oil changed here for the first time. I'll say, it's not the old Valvoline that people used to be wary of. The crew that was working was top notch! Double checking, triple checking their work, making sure everything is communicated properly and not trying to upsell me on anything!! Normally I would do my own oil changes at home, but today I wanted to just get it done. I think I'll be using this location for all my oil changes moving forward. Thanks for making it an awesome experience!

Waited an hour in line before these guys finally got me into the garage just for them to start working on the guy behind me in line who wan even inside yet. Can’t imagine this place is well ran or organized. What should have been a 30 minute ordeal tops turned into an hour and a half.
