The man I dealt with was rude from the beginning. When I was pulling in and trying to follow his direction to get the car straightened out where it needed to be, he yelled at me u201cwhy are you turning the wheels?u201d He seemed to be in a bad mood and annoyed with me, and pulled up something on the computer that he showed me saying I havenu2019t been to a Valvoline location since 2020. I explained I had gone other places for oil changes, including the dealership because there was an oil consumption issue I got fixed under warranty. When he pulled out my dirty air filter to show me he said u201cdoesnu2019t look like the dealership has been taking very good care of you.u201d It was very awkward and rude.

I have been using valvoline for oil changes for about fifteen years. On my last visit , they adfive , that my skid plate was completely missing from the bottom of my car. It had been there previously and only valvoline had touched my car in the last year. So either It wasn't put back on on my last oil change, or it wasn't secured correctly and came off since.
