Hate to do this but sometimes it's warranted. Arrive 725 am to be 1st in line. Am greeted at 735 by asst manager who advises he cant start because he was only one to show up to work. Around 805am, other employees show up and we are led into bay where cigarettes recently smoked. Things seem to be on track until he informs me they ran out of oil filters and he had to run and grab some? He co es back 20 min later, rushes thru diagnostics, offers a cowbell discount, then tries to lecture me on not being upset over the 5 different levels of incompetency demonstrated. 95 minutes start to finish for an oil change 1st in line.

I actually used to work here so I figured I’d go back and get my oil changed. Basically The assistant manager Dustin lied about being the manager, tried to fight me, told me he was gonna use my coupons and then he told me he couldn’t use him after already doing the service in the vehicle, which I specifically said not to do if I couldn’t use the coupon (I work in a shop). Then Dustin left. Overall an L experience. I just paid and left. Oh yeah they left my intake tube off and air box off as-well.
