I have been to the Monticello plaza location 3 times now and have been helped by different team members each time. I have been impressed each time!! I am always treated with respect and kindness. The service has been quick and efficient. The second time I came in I needed a rear break light replaced. My model of car is know for being difficult to access the brake light. The housing around it is a nightmare to remove. The team members didn't give up and brainstormed with each other to find the best solution. They were able to carefully remove the housing and replace the light. Very professional and hard working crew!! The third time I went in a small item was changed out that they discovered didn't actually need replacing so they took it off my bill. Talk about honest mechanics, I am so grateful! They have earned a customer for life. I will tell all of my friends and family to use this location. Great job Valvoline for hiring good employees or training them to be that way.
