When we pulled up there weren’t any employees in sight. We waited for someone to wave us in. A disgruntled employee finally appeared and shook his arms quickly as if he was waiting on us. We drove in to what seemed like a very unhappy crew. They were having a conversation amongst themselves about the one employee having to stay till 7. We were asked which type of service we wanted and the 3 employees continued their conversation for a few minutes more then began our oil change. We felt like we were interrupting their day. No other customers were there when we arrived another pulled in but quickly left. It was an unpleasant experience and won’t return there. It’s sad because it’s nearby our home and we were happy when this location opened. The following day my husband took our other car to the highway 94 location and had a normal pleasant experience with that crew. I wish this didn’t happen at the Ofallon rd. location because it is convenient and we only had good experiences in the past.
