Great service, nice people, they show you what's going on with your car. Yes, you wait in your car, that's the way they do business. If you don't like to wait make an useless appointment somewhere else. You wait the same amount you would wait somewhere else. An for me.... I don't have to worry for my car keys being lost for hours in another shop that starts with a letter "F". Peace in mind, priceless.
