Horrible service!! Unfair orchestrating and servicing the two lines. Waited over 2 hours in line to be serviced for a simple oil change. After waiting nearly an hour two cars that came after I had been waiting over 45 minutes were service before me. Ridiculous! And the services were freaking over priced. Going to my dealership the next time always five stars there. This place is hit or miss! Pissed off customer!

I had my oil changed at this Valvoline location on June 15th. Last Tuesday, my check engine light came on, forcing me to take my vehicle to the dealership. After paying a diagnostic fee, I was informed that Valvoline had installed my engine air filter backwards and failed to secure it properly. This caused excessive airflow and allowed debris into my engine. I then had to pay the dealership to correct Valvoline’s mistake. I filed a claim with Valvoline on Tuesday, and despite this being an issue caused by their service, I have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution. This is unacceptable. Customers should not have to pay out of pocket for repairs resulting from a service error. I expect Valvoline to take responsibility by resolving this claim as soon as possible. Until then, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.
