waited 2+ hours for a oil change , wasn’t asked if I need a new filter ; Tech couldn’t get the hood open and was trying to argue with me about MY car ; They don’t have to
worry about me coming back ; I only go
because there closer to my home address; I ALWAYS have a issue with them; today was the final straw , I’ll take my money elsewhere

After a really busy day at work, I went to get my oil change late at night, when they were almost closing the unit. Even during the stressful holiday season, the staff was extremely helpful and attentive.
