I had to wait while he was on the phone he did apologize for the wait I think it was the look on my face and he asked me did I know if any lights were off in my car … after the oil change he asked did I know how to reprogram ? Another look than he reached in my car and tried to give me a lesson so I asked did you put air in my tires and he asked the other guy. And Manchester supposed to fix my air and didn’t do a good job the manger said he’s going to refund my money because the guy didn’t know what he’s doing as I sat there he said it was broke . This was last year Vanessa Toliver I’m going back to JiffyLube . Get ignored and a lied to bye Valvoline.

For all the reasons I ticked this group at my location have always shown my vehicle to be a priority while working on it. I burn oil so I go once a month and no matter who works on my car they make sure I understand that I’m burning oil and there’s a recall on these engines (but not my car🤦🏻‍♀️). Others would get tired of being told but I appreciate that they aren’t assuming I already know from all the previous trips into the store.
