They didn't show me the dip stick to make sure the correct amount of oil was added to my engine. They also failed to air up my tires even after doing a tire rotation. My point of contact was the manager on duty. The MOD told me that Subaru requires rear differential oil change every 15,000 miles. When I checked my manual, it stated to inspect at 30,000 and 60,000. I don't appreciate the dishonesty as a means to trick me into a service. They also did a front to back tire rotation on my AWD car, every other Valvoline has done the correct X pattern tire rotation as required for AWD vehicles. I did appreciate the 1 tech showing me the nail in my tire....as he performed a front to back rotation on my AWD car. I do not recommend this location.

I have been coming to this location for over four years, but the service over the last week has been completely unacceptable. I had four of my vehicles serviced here last week, and every single visit resulted in poor service.
Today, I came in with 2 of my fleet vehicles for a full synthetic oil change and to have my tires aired up. I was not greeted, was not given direction on which bay to pull into, and when I tried to explain what I needed, the staff acted confused and asked what I was talking about. After clearly explaining my request, I was completely ignored.
On my previous visit with my Escalade, oil was spilled all over the engine bay and exhaust manifold. Since then, the vehicle has had a strong, burning oil smell while driving, which clearly shows carelessness and lack of professionalism.
The staff is unprofessional, unfriendly, and unknowledgeable. This location has gone downhill significantly, and unfortunately, they have now lost both my fleet business and my personal vehicles.
I would not recommend this location to anyone.
