They were very informative. Both bays were full one was getting an oil change the other was getting an oil change and tire rotation. I was unlucky and chose to get behind the one that was going to finished later than the other. Another car pulled up after I did and got behind the door that was going yo be finished sooner. An employee came out and told me what was happening at the doors, so I thought I just had bad luck for the day. Then the employee told the other car what was happening and ask us to switch since I was there first. Never thought that was going to happen, and they were quick to get me done for the day.

I provided an oil change coupon for $15 off and another coupon for %20 off additional services. I had a new air filter, cabin filter and 2 new wiper blades installed. The additional services coupon was applied but the oil change coupon wasn’t. I called the store but was sent to a call center overseas I suppose. I was told I couldn’t use the oil change coupon. With that, I will never visit Valvoline again. I have three cars I have done there and this one visit will keep me away from now on. I will pass this experience on to my family and friends. Shame on you guys. My last visit with my Traverse was no problem with the oil change coupon and additional service coupon.
