This was my first visit to a Valvoline. Matt was the tech that greeted me. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything that the crew was doing and what regular service maintenance I had due, and the cost breakdown compared to the dealership pricing. Matt and the crew have won over my loyalty. I have talked to my neighbor who is also due for an oil chg and he will be taking his truck up there later this morning. Awesome service all the way around.

So, the whole staff was laughing and joking and no real interaction with the customers. I was asked if I wanted an oil change and then asked for the credit card.Also, I've had problems in the past with the tire caps coming off after I've left. So, I checked them when I got home and all 4 were barely on. None were tightened. My fear is, what else didn't they tighten or secure? The staff in the past were always eager and friendly, this didn't feel that way.

Got my oil changed before a road trip to Colorado. About 3/4 of the way there someone told me something was dragging under my car. They didn’t put the cover back on properly and it had been dragging most off the trip. It was too late to get it fixed so I just had to keep driving like that. Had them fix it asap but it fell off again and I had to go back again to get it fixed. I don’t think it’s a permanent fix and I’ll have to get the part placed at Toyota eventually.
