Staff are friendly and quick with services. Went out of their way to apologize when another customer butted in front of me-this wasn’t their fault at all, but gave me a discount for having to wait longer. I have gone to this location prior and will return.

I rolled into a Valvoline in the middle of a long cross‑country road trip, running on too little sleep and way too much gas‑station coffee. Out of nowhere, my car had started giving off a strange exhaust smell that had me genuinely worried I wouldn’t make it to my next stop.
That’s when Scott stepped in. He took the situation seriously right away, asked a few quick questions, and got the car into a bay almost immediately. Within minutes he’d tracked down the source of the smell, explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand, and had it fixed before I’d even finished pacing the waiting area.
What really stood out was how calm and reassuring he was. When you’re hundreds of miles from home and stressed about your car, that matters more than anything. Thanks to Scott, I was back on the road quickly and safely—and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch.
If every place had a Scott, road trips would be a whole lot less stressful.
