The guy who changed my oils said I had really bad engine leek, but couldnu2019t tell quite where it was coming from. He suggested a rear main seal leek which scared me and I raced around trying to get my car into a mechanic. I found out it wasnu2019t a major urgent leek and that I had nothing to worry about. Honestly the staff was very pleasant!!!! the problem was that I had come in just a little early because of a 10 day scheduled work driving trip the next day. The unfortunate part was the staff did not properly re-secure the plate under the car and 4 hours in, the plate partially fell off and my car started making weird noises, I pulled off the road and a good samaritan assisted in removing the one clip still attached. The great part was that there was another Valvoline shop a few miles down the road. The staff in Kentucky was amazing and rescured the clips and made sure they wouldn't fall off. All in all the staff were amazing.

I waited behind one car in the bay for 20 minutes. Then I was told to move my car to the next line behind another car in the other bay, while a customer who came 15 minutes after me was told to go in my place -- and then straight into the bay to get serviced. Favoritism? I have no idea. I only noticed five Valvoline workers chit chatting the entire time. I finally pulled away and left with no service done. I'll never ever return to this location.
