A technician was filling the oil reserve and about half a liter poured out of the top of the can and onto my very clean engine cover/block. I waited to see how the staff would react. The individual returned to get more oil and added to the reserve (positive reaction) and closed the cap. I was expecting him to return to clean the oil but he did not for 5-10 minutes. I had to get another individual and inform him of the large spill. Approximately 5 minutes after that, they wiped the top of the cover with one paper towel and a little cleaning solution. When I returned home, I inspected the bay and there was oil running down and around both sides of my previously clean engine block and was now burning (very clearly the smell of burning oil and not the cleaning solution. I called customer service and set up a time to return and have it cleaned which I did. Unfortunately, oil is now burned onto the engine and will require time and additional cleaning due to the laziness and lack of respect by the initial technician and team.

great customer service, been going here for years and years and even in-between changes just for top offs and to rest my mind that all is good with my truck and they have always taken care of me with that reassurance.....this last time i was charged 4.00 just for 1/2 qt of oil and was soo surprised with that,,,, its always been they take of that for me IF NEEDED ($) and i have ALWAYS BRAGGED about this station h0w they take care of me on that end.....my brother wants me to switch over to Juffy Lube like him and i have such confidence and reliability tih this store/station/place ( I drive out of my way)...I just cant give into that with all my years of being taken care of.....Faith M.
