When I came for an oil change, they took out my air flow filter to show me when it needed to be replaced (did not indicate it needed to be replaced right then), when they went to put the air flow filter back into my car they misplaced it and it was set down incorrectly. Caused my car to flash with tons of check engine lights and alerts, caused my automatic car to drive like a manual, and when I returned to Valvoline they indicated I would need to go see a u201creal mechanicu201d to fix it, as they could not figure out the issue. They popped the hood and started messing with the things they had looked at earlier and then the air flow was reset, the car then worked fine. Small issue , but it was their slight negligence that caused a lot of concern and dangerous driving.
