Took my Edge in for an oil change and ended up getting a tire rotation and new battery as well. I will say the battery install was a bit rough but I have a Ford and if you know you know lol they’re a real pain to get to. That being said there were a couple of issues the technicians could not have foreseen, tire vibration with the rotated tires, I was 3k over what I should have been for rotation lol. But they fixed it no sweat Jaron the manager was great as expediting this. I also had a charging error popping up due to a little part on the battery connection. When I say Jaron and his team when to GREAT LENGTHS lol to get this part. 2 stores and the dealership. I came in the next day and Ethan swapped it out like a pro. Some folks need to realize that an oil change or any car service comes with little risks that you can’t always account for and mistakes can happen but the guys in this shop take pride in their work and made sure everything was as it should be. Great shop with a great team. I highly recommend.

My indicator light said that it was time for an oil change. I took it evaluating the gentleman there said that I still had 1000 miles left on my last oil change and the sticker in the window said the same thing. I was very impressed that they didn't want to sell me something that I didn't need. I would highly recommend this Valvoline on Metters Drive in St Peters, Missouri.
