The tech seemed more interested in adding things on the ticket for sales than actually servicing what I needed. Put an air filter in that I told him I probably didn't need because I thought I just had it done. After it was installed I found that I had an air filter percentage of 85% and that they never updated it in their computer. He just said oh well we threw it away already. I should have been more demanding to see it than I was. I politely asked to see it and they just threw it away because it's a fleet vehicle. Demand they show you your filters before replacement. I'm glad I do all my own work on my vehicles.
