The longest oil change and tire rotation I have ever had, 1 hour and 20 minutes. No line and 1 car already in shop. It appeared that only one person could do the work, one person could enter into the computer. No receipt because printer didn't. No thought as to informing customer that we are a little slow because we have untrained help. Then after completion of work one of the workers tells me they are short on help because they shipped all their normal help to other stores. 4 employees in store at the time.
