The employees were lost and confused. They did not have the right personnel to do a radiator service and it took all three to figure out how to take my air filter out.The oil change was uncomfortable for me because everyone seemed so confused. They could not figure out how to close my hood and one of them hit it on the front top in a failed attempt to close it. That is not going to happen to me again.

I requested that the person in the pit be sure to grease all of the fittings underneath. His response was, I can only grease two of the fittings that’s all I can reach. I’m paying for a full service oil change and did not get it. I’ve already had to replace some front in components because they were not being greased by valvoline now I have to go someplace else to get a lube job . I will not be returning nor would I ever recommend Valvoline
