This location installed oil filter with no o-ring. I went to another valvoline location at oil change time and they discovered it. I would avoid this location at all cost. My case is currently in review and corporate was helpful so far. I will note that the location who discovered the missing o-ring did not document their discovery and note it on my invoice, so I had to call corporate back to add that to complaint. Having these issues at both location is a pretty good indicator that you might not want to use Valvoline at all, I'll give corporate a chance to rectify the issue but if they come back wanting to absolve themselves fully, then I will never be using them again and will go on a crusade to ensure no one else ever does either
